For a modern residential building project with four apartments on Čiovo, we developed a comprehensive interior and exterior design concept, with the aim of creating an attractive and market-competitive higher-end residential development. A particular focus was placed on maximizing the potential of each apartment through thoughtful design, while addressing spatial and functional challenges arising from the building’s architecture, ensuring that each space feels fluid, comfortable, and clearly organized.

Equal attention was given to the outdoor areas, conceived as an essential extension of the architecture and everyday living experience. Ground-level exterior zones were designed as curated environments for relaxation, socializing, and leisure, where contemporary architectural clarity is complemented by carefully integrated greenery, lounge elements, and functional outdoor features. In this way, the exterior is not merely a visual backdrop, but an active contributor to the project’s overall quality and market appeal.

The rooftop terrace stands out as a განსაკუთრებული exclusive zone with a strong experiential character. An integrated jacuzzi and a contemporarily interpreted fire pit give it a distinct identity and an added layer of attractiveness, while the overall design conveys a sense of refinement, modernity, and high-value outdoor living. It is precisely through this clearly defined hierarchy of exterior spaces—from ground-level environments to the representative rooftop terrace—that the project achieves an elevated sense of premium quality and completeness.
